I searched YouTube this morning for the perfect grounding video. I found this beautiful 10 minute Yoga flow that will help you ground yourself. It is created by Julie Bernier and True Ayurveda.
Grounding is a wonderful way to lower your anxiety and fear. You will become stronger!
This video is a work of art in itself, you can get really relaxed just watching it. The set is lovely, there is no ‘new-age’ music and the yogi is calm and centered.
Julie’s yoga here is very prayerful and spiritually minded.
